At StonedPaws, we want you and your pup to be completely happy with your purchase.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
